適用范圍

此款歐萊斯金屬印刷UV絲印移印油墨適用于不銹鋼 、光面不銹鋼、金屬、玻璃陶瓷等基材。

使用方法：

1．建議用我公司專用稀釋劑進行稀釋，不建議使用783慢干稀釋劑稀釋，使用前應充分攪拌，用后隨時密封。

2．攪拌時加本公司配套**10-12%，稀釋到印刷適合粘度，移印稀釋使用移印專用稀釋劑；用718洗網水清洗。

3．不得與其它類型油墨混合使用，否則容易出現其他附著力，化學反應等不良現象。

4. 加入固化劑的油墨使用時限為8小時，過期請棄用，剩余油墨不可回收

注意事項：

1．各種承印物料的外觀相似，但可能會是不同的材料，客戶需先試印，確其符合要求后，再批量生產。

2．在移印過程中，如出現拉絲或散開，可適當加入一些慢干膏即可;

3．環境溫度過高，將會影響油墨原有質量。白色超越150都會變色，烘烤時請用木質材料墊底進行烘烤，不得直接接觸鐵

4．根據氣候變化，請遠離火源，陰暗處15度-30度環境下存放Product i n f ormation

Matters needing attention:
