移印耐酒精電鍍油墨 

壹﹑油墨性能： 亮光、柔韌好、抗刮耐磨、耐酒精、耐溶劑、附著力好。
  二﹑適用範圍： 金屬、玻璃、陶瓷、處理過及未處理的pp、pe、電鍍面、uv面等材料。
  三﹑物理特性： 1.印刷方式：絲印、移印。
  2.過網性：80t-140t。
  3.表幹時間：常溫下自然幹燥20分鐘以上；
    實幹時間：常溫下自然幹燥24小時以上。
    烘 烤：金屬、玻璃、陶瓷烘烤溫度150℃保溫30分鐘；
           pp、pe電鍍面等材料烘烤溫度80℃保溫30分鐘。
  4.稀釋劑：407金屬開油水、783慢幹水。
  5.塗覆面積：35㎡/kg（120t網版）。
  6.產品細度：5μ以下。
  7.清洗劑：洗網水、環已酮。
  8.刮刀：65-85度聚胺脂刮刀。
  四﹑化學性能： 只可與本系列油墨相互調配。
  五﹑使用方法： 1.使用前把油墨充分攪拌均勻，用後隨時封閉；
  2.倒出部份油墨，以油墨：固化劑8：1的比例混合充分攪拌，再加入10-30%的稀釋劑攪拌均勻後印刷。
  3.承印物表面須幹凈，無油汙﹑灰塵等；
  4.多色套印時需待墨層表面幹後才可進行下壹顏色的印刷；
  5.連續印刷，間斷印刷後應用洗網水清洗網版；
  6.網版堵塞，可用洗網水、環已酮清洗，待網版幹燥後再印刷
  六﹑註意事項： 1.印材和環境不同會影響印刷效果，建議試用後再大批量使用；
  2.油墨儲存及使用時，須遠離煙火，常溫保存；
  3.加入固化劑的油墨在4-6個小時用完，剩余的油墨不能倒回原罐；
  4.自然幹燥的油墨耐溶劑效果及附著力較差；
  5.烘烤時間過長或過高，白墨會發黃。
